According to market participants, prices are unlikely to rise early next year. Growth should be expected in February rather than in January.
According to ScanPlast of Market Report, in January-September 2018 imports of PC granules to the Russian market (excluding supplies from Belarus) decreased to 7.5 thousand tons, which is 5% less than last year (7, 9 thousand tons).
Exports of PC granules from the country in the first nine months of the current year rose to 13.1 thousand tons, which is almost 2.5 times more compared to the same period last year (4.9 thousand tons).
