Siberian producer of PET preforms reported changes in the ownership structure
MOSCOW – Aragon Company (Novosibirsk), the largest Siberian producer of PET preforms, reported changes in the ownership structure, the Siberian News Agency reported with reference to the site of the corporate information center.
Director of the company Ivan Kolesnichenko ceased to be its controlling owner.
According to the announcement, until October 6, 2017, I. Kolesnichenko had the right to dispose of “more than 50% of the votes in the issuer’s supreme governing body.” Details of the redistribution of shares are not specified.
“Aragon”, according to its official accounts, is the largest Russian manufacturer of PET preforms in Siberia and the Far East. Net profit of LLC “Aragon” in 2016 amounted to 17.11 million rubles.
Earlier it was reported that the company “Aragon” delivers preforms for PET bottles to two Russian Coca-Cola Hellenic plants – to Novosibirsk and Krasnoyarsk, providing the needs of four bottling lines in plastic packaging with a total capacity of 105,000 bottles per hour. The total volume sold by Aragon on the market is about 1 billion preforms a year.
The site of the Novosibirsk group of companies “Etalon” indicates that “Aragon” is a part of it. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, since October 6, 2017, co-founders of Aragon LLC are Ivan Kolesnichenko (33.34% of the authorized capital), Oleg Ermolaev and Alexander Kamarov (33.33% each).
