Resynergi and Lummus Technology have introduced a modular plastic recycling solution, utilizing pyrolysis technology to transform plastic waste into valuable pyrolysis oil
The Resynergi Modules, now commercially available, are backed by Lummus Technology in terms of supply, service, and warranty.
Headquartered in Rohnert Park, California, Resynergi aims to simplify plastic recycling for material recovery facilities (MRFs) and petrochemical companies. The modules employ Lummus’ Continuous Microwave Assisted Pyrolysis (CMAP) technology, providing a decentralized, cost-efficient approach to recycling. This innovation converts plastic into pyrolysis oil, which can then be refined into circular polymers. rPET Bottle

Each Resynergi Module can process up to five tons of plastic waste per day, producing pyrolysis oil that refiners and petrochemical companies can utilize for polymer production. The modular system is designed for rapid deployment, scalability, and space efficiency.
