KraussMaffei Berstorff extrusion lines delivered Russian processors - Arhive
MOSCOW ( MRC ) – KraussMaffei Berstorff (Munich, Germany), a leading German manufacturer of equipment for plastics processing, this fall put extrusion lines to Russian producers of sheets and pipes, said the German manufacturer.
ROSSTAR Group companies, a manufacturer of plastic sheets of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and sandwich panels, has acquired another KraussMaffei Berstorff extruder and production of foamed rigid PVC sheets.
“In buying decision influenced our positive experience with the use of twin-screw extruders from the 32D technology as this technology provides us flexible production of PVC sheets with the highest quality,” – emphasizes the director Alexey Karovetsky plant.
Twin-screw extruder KMD 133-32 / PL was launched in November 2016 at a factory in St. Petersburg for the purpose of production of PVC-sheet width up to 2050 mm and up to 12 mm thick.
Company SMITH-Yartsevo (Yartsevo, Russia), one of the largest manufacturers in Russia HDPE pipes, bought two single-screw extruder series 36D and 30D, as well as two ploskoschelevye head.
Corrosion-resistant coating of steel pipes is necessary for laying an underground pipeline, because it protects pipes from rust and mold and does work on the laying easier and increases the lifespan.
The plant was put into operation in autumn 2016.
The company SLT-Aqua (Moscow), a manufacturer of pipes for hot and cold water, purchased equipment KraussMaffei Berstorff. Company SLT-Aqua will perform in line with the single screw extruder KME 60-36 B / R and pipe head KM-RKW 32-110 – single-layer pipes of PP-R for a range of diameters of 20-110 mm.
On the second line will be produced three-layer PP-R pipes, reinforced fiberglass average layer for hot water.
It uses two single-screw extruder KME 45-36 B / R and multi-layer pipe head KM-3L RKW 73-160. The lines were put into operation in October 2016.
