MOSCOW – Construction of a plant for the production of artificial fiber from waste polyethylene terephthalate is conducted in the industrial zone “Badam” of the Turkestan region of Kazakhstan, according to the republican media.
To date, the first phase of the investment project has been launched, the cost of which is USD20 million. Annually the plant will produce 50,000 tons of products. This project is implemented within the framework of the memorandum of cooperation signed during the international investment forum Ontustik Invest-2016.
