Two new production lines will be commissioned in mid-2019.
The area of the new workshop will be 1500 thousand square meters. An investment of several million euros will significantly expand production capacity.
The company produces composite materials for the automotive industry, as well as for electrical and sports industries, in an enterprise with a total area of about 5,000 sq.m.
In addition, LANXESS’s High Performance Materials business division also invests in the construction of another compound manufacturing plant at its plant in Krefeld-Jürdingen, totaling several tens of millions of euros.LANXESS production hightech materials Germany
Starting in the second half of 2019, LANXESS will produce here structural polymers under the Durethan and Pocan brands, which are mainly used in the automotive industry, for the manufacture of electrical goods and electronics.LANXESS production hightech materials Germany

Construction work will begin in the fourth quarter of 2018.
Earlier it was reported that in March of this year LANXESS put into operation a new compounding line at the plant in Krefeld-Uerdingen (Krefeld-Uerdingen, Germany).

The capacity of the new line is 10 thousand tons per year.
