PetroChina Jilin Petchem lowers November prices of ACN in China for CNY1600 per ton PetroChina Petchem ACN China
MOSCOW- PetroChina Jilin Petrochemical, a subsidiary of the Chinese petrochemical giant PetroChina, on November 22 lowered the price offers of acrylonitrile (ACN) by 1,500 yuan (CNY) or USD216.5 per ton from the previous level, reported ICIS source in the company.
Thus, the November price proposals for the company’s material in China are now at the level of CNY13,000 or USD1,876 per tonne, DEL province of Shandong.

PetroChina Jilin Petrochemical operates four AKN plants in Jilin Province (Jilin province, China) with a total capacity of 452 thousand tons per year.
In particular, plants No. 1 and No. 2 have a capacity of 106 thousand tons per year, while the capacity of enterprises No. 3 and No. 4 is 120 thousand tons per year each. All plants operate with 100% load, the source said. PetroChina Petchem ACN China

In the first nine months of 2018, deliveries of ABS from abroad to the Russian Federation increased by 9% to 25.02 thousand tons against 22.9 thousand tons for the same period last year. The share of LG Chem material for this period was 39% (9.7 thousand tons).
