Polyplex Corporation Ltd arm to set up greenfield PET Film Line Project in Indonesia

Polyplex Corporation PET Film Indonesia Polyplex (Thailand) Public Company Limited, Thailand (PTL), a subsidiary of the Company in which Polyplex Corporation Ltd has 51% stake in equity share capital, to set up a greenfield PET Film Line project of a capacity of 44,000 TPA alongwith upstream resin line and downstream coating plant, in Indonesia at an estimated cost of USD 95 Million (including Working Capital of USD 15 Million), we have to inform you that PTL has incorporated on October 11, 2017, a new company ‘PT Polyplex Films Indonesia’ as its wholly owned subsidiary in Indonesia for implementation of the aforesaid project.

Shares of POLYPLEX CORPORATION LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.512.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 460.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 54207 in over 1890 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 544.4 and intraday low of 466. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 27987822.
