The project “Titan-Polymer” is implemented in the framework of the production plan
MOSCOW – The Titan-Polymer project is being implemented as part of a production plan, the first deliveries of equipment will begin at the end of 2019, said Mikhail Sutyaginsky, chairman of the board of directors of the Titan group of companies, during a meeting on the implementation of investment projects in the special economic zone “Moglino”.
The anchor resident of the Moglino SEZ, the Titan group of companies, has completed the procedures for signing contracts with equipment suppliers for the Titan-Polymer project.
Currently, within the framework of the project implementation, advances have been paid, a preliminary EIA document has been developed, in which a preliminary assessment of the environmental impact of the production facility has been made.

In general, the project is implemented within the framework of the production plan, he added.
The investment project “Titan-Polymer” will be implemented in four stages. Within the framework of the first stage, it is planned to create two lines of biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate film (BOPET) with a capacity of up to 70 thousand tons per year. In the future we plan to organize a large industrial complex for the production of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) in the amount of up to 170 thousand tons per year. The total investment in the project will be 19 billion rubles.
Pskov plant “Titan-Polymer” was registered in February 2018 with the aim of creating the production of polyethylene terephthalate and processing of polymers.
In November 2018, Titan-Polymer (the enterprise of the Titan Group of Companies) received an official document confirming the status of a resident of the Moglino-type Special Economic Zone.
